Things to do in Park Circus & Beck Bagan

Park Circus is the seven-point crossing where central Kolkata meets Ballygunge and the Bypass flyover begins. Its main going-out address is Quest Mall on Syed Amir Ali Avenue at Beck Bagan, opened in September 2013, which has the city's luxury brands, a six-screen multiplex, a busy food floor and parking for about 1,300 cars; the mall runs seasonal installations and shopping festivals. The surrounding streets are known for biryani, kebab and haleem shops that stay open late, particularly during Ramzan. Park Circus Maidan hosts one of the area's large Durga Pujas. There is no metro station nearby, so come by cab, bus or the suburban train.
